Scott tackles the ordinary to the extraordinary. Small issues, such as a chicken with an infected eye and a goat with mastitis, are easy enough for Doctor Sims. Larger issues are the ones that can be problematic. Scott's friend Robin has a horse with colic that's facing death, so Scott hoists him onto the operating table and gets to work. Luckily, he's able to handle this potentially life-threatening operation.
