In 1973, the Trilateral Commission was founded with the goal of creating a new international economic order. Patrick Wood argues that their secret endeavor is to own and control all of the major resources of the world. He explains that their collusion enabled a technocracy to form as a major economic system, managed by scientists and engineers, to become a new world order, of sorts.
