On last night's premiere of BIG BROTHER, host Julie Chen revealed the first three twists of the season to the Houseguests. In the first twist, four fan favorites – Frank Eudy (BB14), Nicole Franzel (BB16), James Huling (BB17) and Da'Vonne Rogers (BB17) – surprised the Houseguests and returned to play the game this summer. In the second twist, all 16 Houseguests discovered that they would play this summer's game in teams of four, and for the first time ever, each would have a hand in picking their Teams.In the third twist of the evening, Houseguests discovered that one of them would be evicted much sooner than expected, following the first series of competitions that spanned the two-night premiere event. In last night's premiere, the Houseguests began competing in "Ride the Rocket," with Team Unicorn winning the first stage, making them safe for the first two evictions.Next, the remaining three teams began the first and second phase of the competition, "Hit the Road." Teams Big Sister and Category 4 each won, guaranteeing their safety from the first eviction. Tonight, the four members of the Freakazoids will compete against each other in the third and final stage, and the losing Houseguest will be immediately evicted. Also, the remaining three team members of the Freakazoids will decide who from their Team will become this summer's first Head of Household.
