The investigation into who framed Booth for murder leads the Jeffersonian team to a conspiracy within the government that dates all the way back to J. Edgar Hoover. After additional DNA discovered on a previous victim is linked to the case, the team narrows down the list of suspects, leading them closer to cracking the case.
