Walt Disney World invites Buddy to come out and make them his famous cannolis. It's daughter Sophie's 6th birthday as well and, though they're all away from the bakery on a family vacation, she requests a castle cake from her dad, which Buddy finds hard to refuse (but even harder to execute).
