Dunn and Finley are being pulled in two directions simultaneously. Gibson is expecting them to turn over Clarenbach as per their deal. The CIA's Smith has taken Dunn's sister, Meg Fitch, prisoner and will kill her unless they turn Clarenbach over to him. They finally learn that Gibson is behind the kidnapping scheme.
