To launch a new spirit distilled on the cheese farm where he lives, Banjo is asked by farm owner Chris to design a rustic gin tasting bar using salvaged materials found on the farm. This design is deeply personal journey for Banjo, as he aims to give back to the people who welcomed him and his husband Ro into their community.
