Finally, it’s a visit to picturesque Daylesford where Alla Wolf-Tasker’s Russian parents built a summerhouse to relax and take advantage of seasonal produce. Now, her award winning restaurant, Lake House, celebrates fresh produce from the region, including delicious poached pears with spicy gingerbread and elderberry syrup.
