George returns to a grand Victorian villa in Ormskirk to follow the next stage of its renovation. Having previously created a luxurious master en suite, his next task is to tackle the giant kitchen and utility area. He also visits a typical Victorian mansion block in London. Although structurally sound, the flat has been virtually untouched over the years. The result is dismal and depressing with a spare room that feels like a prison cell.
