Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats - Season 1 Episode 37 -

Heathcliff is trying to sleep in a vacant lot when he is disturbed by a noisy construction crew. To revenge his loss of sleep, Heathcliff single-handedly destroys the new structure and hides all of the workers' tools.
