Jasmine tells the story of a young woman named Yasemin, struggling to survive with a terminal heart condition. Yasemin's only support is her half-brother, Tufan, who is obsessively in love with her. Her struggle to get on the transplant list drags Yasemin into a dark world from which there is no return. However, this journey leads to an end that wears the two siblings down both physically and spiritually
