Gray loves his family's home because of the large lot and abundance of privacy, but April is ready to move closer to town and into a home that functions for their family of four. April dislikes their dated fixtures, finishes and master bedroom and the cut-off kitchen. Despite their desire to have a perfect space, neither can decide on design choices, and April doesn't see the merit in spending the time to renovate when there are too many projects to tackle. Can this couple love their home with designer Hilary's help, or will real estate agent David find them a house with the picture-perfect design they are craving?
