Martin Clunes: My Travels and Other Animals - Season 1 Episode 4 -

In the South of France Martin witnesses the dynamic bond between man and horse and in Nepal he sees the close relationship between an elephant and its rider. Martin also travels to Japan, where a circus owner rescues unwanted dogs from the pound and trains them to perform for audiences, before taking his own two Clydesdales, Bruce and Ronnie, to `hoof camp' to be trained by Robert Sampson.
