He also meets the Nomadic Kazakh's horses in the remote mountains of Central Asia, where nothing has changed for thousands of years, spends time with an Amish community in Indiana where working horses are fundamental to their livelihood, and travels to the Tiwi Islands off the coast of Australia, where the elders teach younger ones to scour the island for bush tucker.
