MasterChef Australia - Season 3 Episode 37 -

The Challenge facing the contestants was bigger than ever before: a Qantus Fine Dining test that called upon them to recreate eight of guest chef Neil Perry's recipes. The hopefuls were broken off into pairs and each assigned a dish. They then had two cooking sessions - one devoted to preparing the recipe, the other to plate it up. Some contestants faced more pressure than others, with one of the guest judges being Michael's idol, Thomas Keller. Unfortunately Michael's dish underwhelmed, and he was selected along with Rachel, Craig and Shannon to face Monday's Pressure Test.
