Ian and Vinny meet first time buyers, Lili and Peter hoping to buy in greater Belfast. Hoping to inspire them, Ian and Vinny take them to see an architect's modern home in Hillsborough. Will the design ideas on show influence Lili and Peter in their first home? They are shown three properties within their budget in Greenisland and Crawfordsburn. Now it’s back to Ian’s studio where a virtual make-over of their chosen house is revealed, to give them an idea of what can be done for their budget.
