Tony Beckton is still dominating agoraphobic Billy and young soldier Jack refuses to accept that he has post traumatic stress. The well-meaning Maurice is irritating Lorrie and Herbert's sister Amanda also thinks she knows best. At least the Cat lady April has allowed the council to clean her filthy home but in her private life Liz is still having problems as her estranged husband is not honouring access arrangements.
