Weather forecaster Strabo moves into the block and foretells an earthquake, causing a mass exodus from the city. Stylax hopes to use the earthquake to get nearer to workaholic new colleague Pandora but things do not go as planned for him or Marcus who both end up close and personal with the wrong people - before Strabo makes another, wrong, prediction.
