The head librarian of the university is poisoned at a reception. The wrong person might have been killed. The police start to think that the real target is a civil servant who forged an environmental report who also was present at the reception. Due to the forged report, the daughter of a young family is very sick in hospital. The father might have something to do with the death of the librarian.
