Hank accepts to saves him after his hand got caught in a harvester, which requires hospital equipment and hence Boris's and ultimately Dr. Marissa Caseras's help. Evan learns more about scams but reacts most generously. Back home, Divya has been on cold war terms with temp Dr. Emily Peck, who alas already learned to appreciate a Hamptons concierge doctor's job too much.
