Anyway Counselor Ug changes places with Camper Bobby Budnick for the weekend and Budnick makes a bet with Ug that he can be a better Counselor than Ug ever was. The bet is made but with the help of Ug the campers start to play tricks on Counselor Budnick. Budnick follows the camp guidelines and punishes the campers who in turn begin to really hate him.
