In the series premiere, Todd Sharp, coach of the University of Louisville Ladybirds dance team, is determined to repeat as national champions. With nationals 10 weeks away, Todd knows that the Ladybirds are out of shape and in need of a wakeup call, so he selects a physically-demanding routine for the upcoming men's basketball game.
