However, Kerry's 50,000 euro budget means Shaun has to take her inland, towards the Sierra Cabrera mountain range, where properties are cheaper. Meanwhile in Alicante, Casas Manuel are helping an old client and friend Joanna Markham sell her holiday apartment, and find a larger property in her preferred area of Quesada.
