In Alicante, Sophie Rodriguez helps Glamorgan couple Ian and Michelle find a holiday bolthole where they can escape the British winter weather, for their budget of €130,000. But Sophie's search is harder than expected, as the full extent of Michelle's aversion to road noise becomes clear. And with a key member of staff on holiday, Sophie's dad Manuel assumes photography duties for the day, but his first task gets off to the worst possible start.
