After the latest two weigh-ins, when Don (by choice by throwing the weigh-in) and Larialmy are voted off the ranch, the remaining contestants learn that they are officially split into two teams: the red team who have and will be trained by Cara and Brett, and the black team who have and will be trained by Bob and Jillian.
