The contestants return to the ranch from their adventures in New Zealand minus the last eliminated contestant, that being Ken. Austin sees this week as a challenge for himself personally as this marks the first time he will have not had immediate access to family, and thus he will have to stand or fall on his own two feet. The theme for the week is "favorites". Two of the past seasons' favorite contestants - Ali from season 5 and Sam from season 9 - return to lead a training session and provide nutritional advice. And one of the past favorite challenges is resurrected...
