Bessie finally becomes tall enough (or what she thinks is tall enough) to ride the rollercoaster, "The Punisher." The only problem is, it turns out that without her hat, Bessie isn't really tall enough to ride "The Punisher." With an elaborate plan, will Bessie be able to ride "The Punisher" or will she be forced to continue riding the teacups?
