Remaining in the world of the living, Cagliostro keeps an eye on Jonas, the man who has awakened from a coma after thirty years. Questioned by the police, Jonas denies knowing who shot him, but reveals to his ex-girlfriend Silvia that he is convinced it was Rambelli, Cagliostro's killer. Meanwhile, he attends the birth of his wife Anna. The joy of the birth is broken by a new vision: his daughter kidnapped and taken to a former factory, sounds of gunfire and a red book on Count Cagliostro. That evening in the former factory there is Filip, who plays with friends until a thug interrupts them, chasing them away. The boys flee, but Filip turns back to confront him. When Cagliostro arrives at the factory, the place of his vision, he finds the boy bent over the corpse of the man who sent them away shortly before. Filip, back at his shelter, calls for help Vanessa Rosic, who alerts the police anonymously.
