The TDF team must pick between two opposites, and neither is attractive. One house is a full gut-job. It's home to garbage, rats, and a very large colony of bees. The other is in a gated community. Gated communities have Homeowners Associations which can make renovation projects a nightmare. Jamil and the crew could drown in all the red tape.
