As Karen's lawyer, Will warns her that she is spending too much money - it isn't going to last forever. Karen agrees that she could let the pastry chef go. Nick is taking Grace to Union Square Café. When he learns that Jack is working for a TV network, he reveals that he has a script and he would like Grace to read it and then pass on to Jack.
