A British landlord offers free rent to a female "enforcer" if she'll take care of his troublesome tenants. The only problem is she ends up murdering a tenant and the landlord himself. This woman kills for sport, and continues to hunt for victims to satisfy her bloodlust, until police track her down and bring her and her hapless associates to justice.
